Hands Across Fiber Farm is the aspirational project of Greer Doble, with help from Helena Lamb, aiming to produce textile raw materials to their local fibershed. The main focus is flax (up to the point of processed fibers) and local dye plants, particularly those with historical significance to the area.
Currently, we are not selling anything but rather experimenting with what it would look like to produce materials for a local engaged fibershed, with hopes that infrastructure to make it a sustainable financial possibility is close on the horizon.
